Born from a passion for the perfect burger
Marty's Foodtruck grew out of a simple wish: to show Schweinfurt and the region how good a burger can taste when you choose quality over compromise for every single ingredient.
The beginning
From craft to passion
Founded by Andel Krasic in Schweinfurt, Marty's Foodtruck is now a fixture of the food truck and catering scene in Lower Franconia. What began as an idea for the perfect smashed burger has grown into a sought-after catering partner for companies, couples and families in Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Bamberg, Bad Kissingen and the surrounding area.
At the center is always the same principle: the best regional beef, handcrafted brioche buns and house-made sauces — no shortcuts, whether for two guests or a thousand.
