Foodtruck catering

A buffet in the conference room tells people they are still at work. A foodtruck in the car park says something else. The difference costs no speech and no presentation, it happens on its own as soon as the grill is running.

We have been at in-house fairs, summer parties, anniversaries and the first day for new apprentices. What those have in common: they sit in the calendar for months, the headcount moves until the last minute, and it has to work without someone from your team spending the whole day on it.

Everything is cooked on your own site. Every burger is smashed when it is ordered.

We bring what we need and set up and pack down ourselves. Nobody from your team stands at a grill or clears up afterwards.

Shifts and time windows

Not every business has everyone on a break at once. If the food should run across a longer window rather than all at once, we plan it that way.

On your own site

Car park, yard, or the grass behind the warehouse. The truck stands where everyone is going anyway. No coaches, no table reservation, no trip into town.

The headcount lands late

At internal events the number moves until shortly beforehand. Let us know in good time if it shifts significantly and we will adjust.

Bei der Firmenfeier von Saint-Gobain in Gerolzhofen durften wir rund 200 Mitarbeiter und ihre Familien mit unseren frisch zubereiteten Smash Burgern und Pommes versorgen. Bei schönem Wetter und entspannter Atmosphäre konnten die Gäste gemeinsam einen gelungenen Tag verbringen. Für unser Team war das Catering für rund 200 Personen mittlerweile ein eingespielter Ablauf – Burger frisch vom Grill, knusprige Pommes und eine schnelle Ausgabe direkt aus unserem Foodtruck. Vielen Dank an Saint-Gobain für das Vertrauen und den schönen Einsatz in Gerolzhofen!🍀

Ein Tag für die ganze Familie bei der Hausmesse von Volkswagen in Bamberg: Rund 200 Gäste nutzten die Gelegenheit, die neuesten Elektrofahrzeuge kennenzulernen und direkt Probe zu fahren. Für die kleinen Gäste gab es ein buntes Kinderprogramm, dazu frische Crêpes – und für den großen Hunger natürlich unsere frisch gesmashten Marty’s Burger und knusprigen Pommes direkt aus dem Foodtruck. Ein abwechslungsreicher Tag rund um neue Mobilität, Familie und gutes Essen. 🍔🚗⚡️

Will the truck fit on our site?

In nearly every case, yes. What we need in terms of space and connections is further down this page. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the spot and we will tell you beforehand.

Can we eat in several shifts?

Yes. Tell us the window the food should run across and we will plan the service around it rather than producing everything at once.

Is there a vegetarian option?

Yes, it is a fixed part of the offering. It helps our planning to know roughly how many vegetarian meals to expect.

How far ahead should we plan?

Company dates are usually fixed early, and that is exactly the right moment to enquire. In summer and in the run-up to Christmas it is worth not leaving it to the last month.

Do you travel outside Schweinfurt?

Yes. The service area runs from Würzburg through Bamberg into the Haßberge district and up to Coburg. Each of the larger towns has its own page.

What we need at your venue

We only need three things to cook at your event — but they're worth checking with your venue early.

Flat pitch

A flat, easily accessible area we can drive the truck onto.

Space required

The food truck measures roughly 6 m × 2 m × 3 m (L × W × H).

Three-phase power

A 16A or 32A three-phase power connection (Starkstrom).

Unfortunately, without the required power connection we are not able to provide the catering service. If you're unsure, ask your venue — we're happy to help you sort it out in advance.
