Foodtruck catering
At almost every wedding there is a gap between dinner and midnight. The cake is gone, people have been dancing for two hours, and eventually half the party ends up in the venue's kitchen asking whether there is anything left. That is where the foodtruck comes in.
The other way round works just as well: around midday as a relaxed opening, before the formal part begins. It takes the stiffness out of the day, and nobody sits through the ceremony on an empty stomach.
Everything is cooked on site. In the courtyard, on the field beside the barn, or right in front of your venue. Every burger is smashed when it is ordered, not cooked ahead and kept warm.
What matters
The hour when dinner is long finished and the dance floor is full. For a lot of guests that is the part of the evening they remember, and a hot burger at eleven stays with them longer than the starter did.
Queuing is less formal than a seating plan. People who have smiled at each other across two tables all day start talking while they wait.
Every guest list has people who do not eat meat. The vegetarian option is part of the offering, not something improvised once somebody asks.
Some venues have their own rules about outside catering. We settle that beforehand, so there is no discussion at the gate on the day itself.

Get in touchMost often late in the evening, once dinner is over and people are hungry again. Midday before the formal part works just as well. We work out together what suits your running order.
Either way works. Some couples book us as the only catering, others as a second course late in the evening alongside a sit-down dinner. Tell us which part we should play.
The vegetarian option is a fixed part of the menu. Tell us roughly how many vegetarian guests you expect and we will plan accordingly.
We cook inside the truck, so rain changes nothing there. What you need is a covered spot for your guests or a short walk back indoors. We look at that together beforehand.
Weddings are often planned a year in advance. Get in touch as soon as the date and the venue are fixed, so there is time to work through the running order properly.

We only need three things to cook at your event — but they're worth checking with your venue early.
A flat, easily accessible area we can drive the truck onto.
The food truck measures roughly 6 m × 2 m × 3 m (L × W × H).
A 16A or 32A three-phase power connection (Starkstrom).
Unfortunately, without the required power connection we are not able to provide the catering service. If you're unsure, ask your venue — we're happy to help you sort it out in advance.
